Naylor Association Solutions has teamed up with Credly, a digital credential platform, to bring credentials into Naylor’s Career Center product. The partnership was announced in February 2018. It gives associations one end-to-end way to issue, manage and track digital credentials inside their career centers.
Setting it up takes a single click. Associations that run Naylor’s career center connect Credly through the Naylor Marketplace. So there is no separate integration project to plan.
Once the link is live, members get credit for what they have earned. Their credentials appear in their job seeker profiles. That means employers who browse the career center can spot candidates with the right credentials. In practice, a badge or certificate becomes something a recruiter can search for.
Jonathan Finkelstein, Credly’s founder and CEO, said the integration helps associations keep members engaged while also supporting their professional growth. Tom Aley of Naylor framed the deal around the same idea, since it is meant to help members advance.
For associations, the appeal is practical. Credentials and job listings now sit in the same place. As a result, members can turn what they have learned into a stronger profile when they look for work.
