Condos HQ has announced the launch of Sugar Wharf Condos, a new luxury condominium project in downtown Toronto. The development comes from Menkes Development. At the time of the announcement it was still in pre-construction, with a launch set for 2018.
The site sits at 95 Lake Shore Boulevard East, just east of Yonge Street and close to the Waterfront Trail. Once built, it will offer about 1,900 condo units spread across three residential towers. They will rise from a shared retail podium to heights of roughly 77, 87 and 90 stories.
Residents will get an outdoor terrace with barbecues, a movie screening room and a full-sized gym. There is also 24-hour concierge service. The project also includes indoor and outdoor amenity space, an underground garage and about 8,000 square feet of retail.
Location is a big part of the pitch, though. Harbourfront Centre, the Art Gallery of Ontario, St. Lawrence Market and Yonge-Dundas Square are all nearby, while the address carries a Walk Score of 93 out of 100.
Jared Menkes, CEO of Menkes Development, said the amenity package is likely to appeal to buyers as well as investors.
Condos HQ specializes in pre-construction real estate sales. The firm works in major Canadian cities, including Toronto and Mississauga. It has served the Greater Toronto Area for almost a decade. It also connects clients with what it calls platinum brokers and passes along incentives and promotions.
