Boardroom Socks has launched a new collection of gift boxes for the holidays. The company announced it from Charlotte, North Carolina, on November 27, 2020. The boxes hold men’s dress socks made from merino wool or pima cotton, packed and ready to give.
According to the retailer, the boxes make shopping easier for buyers and for the people who receive them. Every pair is made in the USA, and the company promises socks that are comfortable and built to last.
The online store sells socks in many styles, colors, lengths, fits and materials. Ahead of Christmas, shoppers can browse the regular collections as well as the multi-packs and gift boxes. All of the men’s dress socks come in mid-calf or over-the-calf lengths, in solid colors and in patterns.
There is also a holiday offer. Customers who spend $75 on socks or accessories from December 2 to December 9, 2020, can also get a free laundry bag. The bag helps care for the socks, and the offer runs while supplies last.
CEO Nathan James said the team is proud of its local roots. He added that it works hard to make every pair comfortable, durable and classically stylish. That focus shows in small details. For instance, an extra layer of spun yarn reinforces the heel and toe. Added spandex, meanwhile, helps the socks stay up without squeezing the calf.
More than 500 verified customers have left reviews. One of them, Melanie P., bought Grey Heather Merino Wool Over the Calf Dress socks, SKU 1003, for her husband. After a full day in them, she wrote, he sent a photo saying the socks were still up. He also liked how thin the fabric was, and she said that settled it for her.
All Boardroom Socks products are made locally in North Carolina. Co-founders Mike and Carol James, a husband and wife, started the company. They still run it today with their son Nathan, the CEO. The family remains committed to quality, durability and customer service.
