Thursday Night Football and ESPN Monday Night Football, Including Special Christmas Presentation, Airs ReelTime VR Ads

ReelTime VR is taking its newest virtual reality series to NFL audiences. Commercials for Really Twins will air during Thursday Night Football and ESPN Monday Night Football. That even includes a special Christmas broadcast. The Seattle-area company announced the campaign on December 13, 2017.

The ads point viewers to where the show streams, since it runs on Samsung Gear VR, YouTube 360 and Facebook.

Really Twins is an adventure series for children and tweens, and it is now in its second season. In each episode, twin brothers Austin and Brandon run risky experiments, take on silly challenges and visit new places. Since its Samsung Gear VR debut, the company says, it has been the top non-animated children’s VR series anywhere.

Austin said he loves to play and watch football, especially the NFL. He added, with a wink, that the only NFL he plays in is Madden. Because the ads run in prime time, he hopes many people will hear about the show for the first time during the games.

Brandon had a simpler message for fans. Put down dinner, he said, watch the game, and then watch the twins on Samsung Gear VR. He also asked viewers to send in ideas for what the brothers should try or destroy next.

ReelTime VR produces the series. Legally, the company is the trade name of ReelTime Rentals, Inc., and it trades over the counter under the symbol RLTR.

ReelTime develops, produces and distributes VR content and technology. It handles production, editing and distribution from start to finish, for its own projects and for outside clients. At the time of the announcement, it had three running series on Samsung Gear VR, which reach viewers through a number of VR portals.
