Marquis Who’s Who Celebrates Aaron Minc, Esq., for Professional Excellence

Beginning his legal career in 2010 as an attorney at Miller Goler Faeges, LLP, Mr. Minc is currently the principle of his own firm Minc LLC. He has previously served as of counsel to Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis, over the last year and half and at Dinn, Hochman and Potter, LLC, serving the firm for two years prior to that. He also briefly served as an attorney at Donleys in 2011, and as a partner at Sennett Fisher, LLC, from 2011 to 2014. Graduating with a JD, cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2010, Mr. Minc also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Business Law, from Miami University.

Outside of the law firm, he acts as a board member of Cleveland Jewish News, a position he has held since 2014, and provides his legal expertise as a mentor at Bizdom and LaunchHouse. Mr. Minc has presented on topics, including online reputation management, Internet defamation, contract law, and negations, at the Jackson Lewis Akron Employment Law Conference, for the BULL Series of the Chester County Pennsylvania Bar Association, and for organizations like ICIC.org, Bizdom, and LaunchHouse. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, the state of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. Mr. Minc was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in2014. He was also honored with the Gold Client Champion Award by Martindale-Hubbell in 2017, and received a Superb Rating by Avvo in 2013.

Mr. Minc has authored articles on topics ranging from revenge porn, privacy issues in social media, online business reputation, reputation law, and how to remove defamatory online content. His expertise has been called upon for numerous media organizations in their reporting, including the New York Post, Cleveland Jewish News, Investopedia, the Guardian, Aabaco Small Business, CNET, ReputationX Blog, the Hollywood Reporter, the Washington Post, and Time. He is also the author of the Defamation Removal Law Blog.
