EDM Artist Nadel Paris Releases 6 New Remixes Of Her Single Ooh La La La La By Some of the Nations Hottest DJs

Los Angeles EDM artist Nadel Paris has put out a new EP with six remixes of her single Ooh La La La La. The release came on December 22, 2017, and it is available on iTunes, Amazon and Beatport.

The remixes come from up-and-coming DJs Ray Rhodes, Pascal, Starbright, Cyphonix, Drew G and DJ M. The EP follows her earlier EP, Freedom, which was very well received. Paris, a singer, producer and published writer, is also giving fans a free download of the lead track, the DJ M. Chicago House Mix, through Noisetrade.

From France to Los Angeles

Paris was born in France and now lives in Los Angeles. She signed a record deal with EMI France when she was twelve. After school each day she would put on music and listen closely to the great divas, from Aretha Franklin, Janis Joplin and Tina Turner to Madonna. She also soaked up anything with soul, including Chicago blues, jazz, funk and disco.

Her stage presence came from watching performers and their dance moves on YouTube. Because she picks things up by imitation, she also learned to play several instruments with no formal training.

She is a Tony Robbins graduate. Her father, a psychotherapist, pushed her in that direction, since he had always taught her about personal growth and self-confidence. Paris also works for animal and children’s causes and believes in paying it forward. She wants to help other artists, so she aims to produce them and open doors for them. In her view, finding and supporting talent benefits everyone, because the people you help may go on to help others.

Writing and social media

Her mother was a Christian Dior model who spent hours talking with her about fashion and film. That gave Paris a love of research and learning. According to Paris, her mother often felt people judged her by her looks and did not see her as smart or educated. As a result, she pushed her daughter toward a well-rounded education.

Paris later studied novel and screenplay writing, and she found that it also made her a better lyricist. She wrote the lyrics on the new single herself.

She is known for an offbeat sense of humor, and her sharp, sarcastic posts keep growing her audience. She now has more than 470,000 followers on Twitter. She gets plenty of leering comments from male fans, though, and does not always enjoy reading them. Still, she hopes that even those fans will one day know her for her music, writing and production.
