(OTC PINK: WPFH), a leading developer and operator of online and event-based social gaming platforms and brands, announces today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to do a licensing deal with Oscar De La Hoya and Golden Boy Promotions, LLC to create social and real-money gaming slot machines with their brands.WPFH announced earlier this week that it will have distribution to 400 land-based casinos and 90 Indian Tribes in the U.S. through its subsidiary Celeb Gaming, LLC.
