“We place a strong focus on adoption in our organization because of it’s critical place in the customer lifecycle, so it’s great to know that we’re solving this pain point for our customers as well.” – Rachel Orston, CEO, UserIQ

ATLANTA

UserIQ, a Customer Growth Platform™ that empowers SaaS companies to deliver what each user needs to be successful in the moment, has been awarded with the “Highest User Adoption” in G2 Crowd’s Winter 2018 Implementation Index for Customer Success.

UserIQ combines highly-targeted engagement features, deep user intelligence, and customer health to empower companies to transform the way they engage with their users in every moment.

G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business software review website, ranked UserIQ number one in user adoption with a score of 90%, surpassing the category average by 17%. UserIQ’s implementation ratings were highlighted by ‘ease of setup’ and ‘average user adoption’, each scoring higher than the category average. Similarly, the UserIQ ‘average months to go live’ was 1.3 months compared to the category average of 2.1 months.

“We’re thrilled to be awarded with the “Highest User Adoption” in the Customer Success category,” said Rachel Orston, CEO of UserIQ. “We place a strong focus on adoption in our organization because of its critical place in the customer lifecycle—without adoption, it’s impossible to achieve retention, expansion, or advocacy—so it’s great to know that we’re solving this pain point for our customers as well.”

The Winter 2018 Implementation Index for Customer Success is based on more than 400 reviews written by business professionals. Of the 83 products listed in the category, the ranked products each received 10 or more reviews and five responses for each of the implementation-related questions to qualify for inclusion in the Implementation Index.

UserIQ was also rated a High Performer in the Customer Success Software Grid® in Fall 2017 and maintains a 4.3 out of 5 stars on the review site.

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
