PORTER RANCH, CA, December 21, 2017 — It's difficult for buyers of new homes at Porter Ranch to limit their reasons to 10, but here are the most common factors they listed in choosing the master-planned community designed by Toll Brother, America's Luxury Home Builder .
“The biggest thing I like about Porter Ranch is the ability to enjoy the all-inclusive environment. It's a family-oriented community with shopping nearby, freeway accessible, and a top-rated K-8 elementary school,” said Robert Saunders, adding that the under-construction Vineyards entertainment/shopping center in Porter Ranch will add even more high-end retail and dining choices to the area.
Like other recent buyers at the Westcliffe community within the Palisades collection, Saunders enjoys a spacious master bedroom and private balcony, a large spa-like Master Bathroom, the Island Kitchen layout, and plenty of space for entertaining via Toll Brother's open-floor concepts. Saunders chose the Italianate model, which features a king-sized walk-in closet, 5 or 6 Bedrooms and 5 or 6 Bathrooms, and – like other homes, offers many design options.
“What inspires me most about Toll Brothers is the quality. They put a lot of thought and planning into their design. Once you are inside the doors, you're sold,” Saunders said.
“I would describe Porter Ranch as new, ambitious, and cutting-edge. This master planned community of newly built homes is the next biggest thing in Los Angeles,” said Gev Khalulyan who went with the Spanish Colonial version at Westcliffe. “You see these types of homes in the movies – the bring-your-imagination-to-life type of thing. It's both attainable and magical.”
Khalulyan also said the purchase process was smooth and fast. From construction to move-in was very quick. The entire experience was customer friendly and fantastic,” he said. “From my sales manager Rose, to my Construction Manager Bobby, to my loan officer, I was well-informed and up-to-date on the status of our new home purchase.”
Khalulyan and others also were attracted by the value of the Porter Ranch homes. Most said they are getting a much bigger luxury home for the same price they were paying for a small condo in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica or Playa Vista.
Some homeowners, including those who chose the Belle Vista or Palisades collections, said they would highlight the many parks and miles of open space and trails as a major contributing factor why they chose Porter Ranch.
A few homeowners said they did their research and were pleasantly surprised that Porter Ranch is one of the safest communities in Los Angeles. Gated communities, which include the recently opened Cascades collections offering modern home designs in the Westcliffe village of Porter Ranch, offer additional peace of mind, they said.
