Rise 2 Realize is pleased to announce the release of their mindfulness based empowerment app for iPhone and Android. The app is an effective fitness tool for enhanced emotional health and well-being. It is now available on App Store and Google Play for immediate free download.

One of the major features that differentiates the Rise 2 Realize app from other meditation apps is its engaging and empowering one-on-one coaching session experience, along with unique personal journaling functionality that enables people to access a deeper understanding of their emotional triggers.

“With our state of the art empowerment app, we will be there supporting you in stressful times and help you navigate through the challenges you face on a daily basis,” said Arda, the founder and creator of the mindfulness based empowerment method on which the application is based on.

Merav Aditi, an early user of the app exclaimed, “I’m expecting a baby any day now, so I was looking for something to help me deal with my emotional roller coaster. This app was simple and effective. It helped me stay in the present and savor the experience.”

Rise 2 Realize is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing practical solutions for people to rise above limiting life patterns and realize their full potential. Rise 2 Realize offers individual sessions and group workshops, along with empowerment programs for women, professionals, couples, parents and teachers, and now adding to their offerings, a powerful mobile app.

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
