INC Research Holdings Inc stated that the operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017, was impacted mainly by merger-related transaction expenses. Shares of INC Research Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:INCR) declined to as low as $38.25 per share on November 10, 2017.
