Trade Secret Litigation Settled

Meta Company, Dreamworld USA, Inc., and Dr. Zhangyi Zhong are pleased to announce that they have settled the trade secret litigation filed by Meta in the Northern District of California (Meta Co. v. Zhong, et al., Case No. 3:17-cv-03259-EMC N.D. Cal.). The parties have reached a settlement that ensures the protection of proprietary and confidential information while allowing both Meta and Dreamworld to continue developing products for the emerging augmented reality marketplace. Both companies recognize the tremendous potential of augmented reality, and will continue to promote AR to the broader community.

There will be no further comment on the settlement.
