Lisa Soughers Promoted to VP of Human Resources at iWorkGlobal

SAN FRANCISCO–iWorkGlobal, an authority in global workforce management, today announced the promotion of Lisa Soughers to vice president of human resources.

Soughers joined iWorkGlobal in 2016 as senior director of human resources. In her new role, she is responsible for developing and leading all Human Resources programs, policies and processes.

With more than 20 years of experience within the retail, human capital management and staffing industries, Soughers has overseen multi-state and multi-provincial payroll and benefits administration, workers’ compensation, regulatory compliance, employee relations and risk management throughout the U.S. and in more than 60 countries.
