LOS ANGELES, Nov. 14, 2017 — Former Faraday Future Chief Technology Officer Ulrich Kranz today issued the following statement regarding his resignation from the company:

Faraday Future recently issued a press release with erroneous information regarding my departure from the company. I want to make it perfectly clear that I resigned from my position as Chief Technology Officer of Faraday Future on October 15, 2017. My resignation was effective immediately.
