The Shelf Prospectus, when made final, will enable Excelsior to make offerings of up to US$30,000,000 of any combination of common shares, debt securities, subscription receipts, units, warrants and share purchase contracts, during the 25-month period that the Shelf Prospectus, including any amendments thereto, remains valid.
