SAN DIEGO, Nov. 10, 2017 — Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the 569th consecutive common stock monthly dividend. The dividend amount of $0.212 per share, representing an annualized amount of $2.544 per share, is payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2017. The ex-dividend date for December's dividend is November 30, 2017.
