Duo Information Co., Ltd. won the 2017 Global Power Brand Award (GPBA) and the award of “Yang Seung-Jo, the Chairman of the Health and Welfare Committee at the National Assembly”, recognized for its 22-year effort to realize their founding philosophy, “Making a happy world through marriage”.

Duo information is a well-known matchmaking service company for its computer matching system – DMS (Duo Matching System) -. DMS is a system that collects about 160 pieces of customer information and assigns it to the ideal type information to ultimately provide the information of the potential spouses. So far, more than 35,000 people have made a home through Duo’s service. The company currently helps over 30,000 members to find their potential partners.

Duo Information’s marriage information system has become a new standard of matchmaking culture through thorough identification and customized information provision. This is due to their transparent disclosure of the critical information considered most importantly by customers when joining a matchmaking service, such as the number of members, the number of married members, and the sales.

Duo Information is aiming to be a total life consulting company beyond a matchmaking company with its brand such as Duo Wed, a wedding consulting specialist, and Duo Academy, a women’s professional career education institution and Duo life consulting, a Family relations counsellor.

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
