NEWARK, Del., March 13, 2018 – Techadox, Inc. has hired Stephen J. Briscoe as Vice President of Business Development. Based in Tampa, Florida, Briscoe will be responsible for spearheading engagement for Techadox in some key industry segments and assisting in the further development of user-centered upgrades for enterprise-level clients.

Briscoe has held senior leadership roles at several enterprise Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and third-party suppliers. Briscoe has extensive experience with IT infrastructure support and consumer transaction technology environments.

Briscoe will be further developing Techadoxâ€™s support model, which focuses on reducing cost layers and the internal resources needed to manage service delivery to businesses.
Briscoe has helped pioneer numerous new support methodologies in the marketplace, including integrated third-party, multi-vendor support solutions and pay-per-event service financial models. He has been interviewed in technology trade publications and published white papers on redefining the technology services model.
