JOY TO THE WORLD TOUR HOLIDAY TOUR WITH VOCALIST LANDAU EUGENE MURPHY JR. KICKS OFF THIS WEEK.

The Joy To The World Holiday Tour featuring Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. gets underway this week with shows Thursday, December 7th in Morehead KY, Friday, December 8th in Bethesda MD and Saturday, December 9th in Petersburg WV.

The tour is presented in partnership with West Virginia Public Broadcasting.

This year marks the Columbia Records recording artist and America’s Got Talent winners 7th annual holiday tour. Each evening will feature a mixture of Landau crooning all-time Christmas classics and favorites from the Great American Songbook, the Magic of Motown and Murphy’s great storytelling between the tunes.

Pianist Bob Thompson is unable to appear as scheduled on the Dec. 7th, 8th and 9th shows so he can address a recent health matter. Landau and his team wish Bob well.
 
The sold out December 14th Charleston WV performance at the Culture Center on the grounds of the state capitol will be recorded and then broadcast on the radio and television networks of West Virginia Public Broadcasting Thursday December 21st at 8pm ET. The radio program will be broadcast nationally for Christmas 2018. A second date was added in Charleston on Friday December 15th and it is nearly sold out.

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage.
