It's an incredible honor to be recognized by our associates for this award, and we thank our wonderful franchisees for their tireless dedication to providing hope through employment. – Bob Funk, Express CEO

OKLAHOMA CITY February 15, 2018

Staffing giant Express Employment Professionals once again secured lnavero's Best of Staffing® Talent Award for providing superior service to job seekers.

Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, lnavero's Best of Staffing Talent winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by the permanent and temporary employees they've helped find jobs.

On average, job seekers who work with winning agencies are 1.7 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those placed by non-winning agencies. Less than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earn the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence.

Focused on helping connect people with the right jobs to further their career, Express received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 67 percent of their placed job candidates, significantly higher than the industry's average of 45 percent.

“It's an incredible honor to be recognized by our associates for this award, and we thank our wonderful franchisees for their tireless dedication to providing hope through employment,” said Bob Funk, CEO of Express, and a former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. “We take great pride in our process of matching quality candidates with reputable companies and hope to achieve an even higher satisfaction rating in 2019.”

With a tight labor market and growing economy, finding the right recruiting partners is critical to success, according to lnavero's CEO Eric Gregg.

“Best of Staffing winners prove they provide consistently remarkable service to their clients and job candidates, and I couldn't be more proud to feature them on BestofStaffing.com,” he said.
