LOS ANGELES, Oct. 20, 2017 () — Capitas Partners announced today that it has acquired Los Angeles based The Tech Info Group (“TTIG”), a premier Management IT Service Provider.

Founded in 2008, TTIG offers comprehensive Managed IT Services, back-up solutions, cloud & security solutions and vendor management to companies and enterprises with 10-200+ employees in Southern California, New York and Florida.

“We take pride in TTIG’s ability to be a high touch service provider and trusted advisor in any industry, ranging from law firms and accounting practices to non-profits, modeling agencies and more,” said David Eshaghian, Principal at Capitas Partners and President at The Tech Info Group. “The key goals for us are to grow with our clients and effectively meet their evolving needs by staying ahead of the curve. The reliability and responsiveness of our service & support teams allow clients to focus on their business growth while using TTIG as their trusted IT Department.”

Capitas Partners successfully secured an additional $200,000 of growth capital to further invest in TTIG’s team, business capabilities and to further channel relationships. The team also remains focused on exploring near-term secondary acquisition opportunities as part of their growth strategy.

“In a fragmented market of ‘discount IT shops,’ we want to solidify The Tech Info Group as a premium service provider to customers for a fixed & affordable monthly price. We’re very proud to offer 24-hour monitoring and proactive support with Service Level Agreement guarantees that we stand by,” explained Eshaghian.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
