NFL 101 Award Categories Swept by Rams

The Los Angeles Rams had a very good 2017 NFL season. They had made an extraordinary reversal in the NFL season that has helped them to sweep the NFL 101 Awards. This team has won three NFL 1010 Awards. The awards they won are Offensive Player of the Year, NFC: Coach of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year.

The NFL 101 Awards will be held in Kansas City on February 24, 2018. This is a black-tie awards ceremony. The coach of the year is Doug Marrone. The 101 Awards is the longest running award that honors the professional football athletes every year. There are 101 members on the selection committee. The players get the outstanding achievement awards through the polled votes. This Awards event started in 1969. It has been honoring the best players and coaches in the NFL every year.

The NFC Coach of the Year Sean McVay helped the Rams to enjoy the massive turnaround in 2017. He is the youngest head coach in the NFL history. The Rams were 4-12 teams in 2016. They were transformed into an 11-5 team in 2017 by McVay. The Los Angeles Rams claimed their first division title since 2013 under McVay.
