Bird Droppings, The New Weapon Of Thieves In Los Angeles

Authorities in southern California are looking for two suspects implicated in a series of robberies in Hollywood, but the curious thing about the case is the ‘dirty’ trick they used to strip their victims of their belongings.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) posted images of alleged assailants, described as a Hispanic man and woman, and also released photos of the vehicle apparently used by the subjects to flee from the places where they commit the crimes.

According to the police report, the first theft occurred when they approached a pedestrian and told him that his shirt was stained with bird droppings. While they tried to clean it, one of them stripped the man out of his wallet. Subsequently, both suspects left the scene aboard a silver Nissan Rogue.

During the second robbery, the pair used the same method to steal a camera from another person.

The man has been described as a Hispanic, 35-40 years old, with dark hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 ‘7 “tall and wore a white and blue shirt, dark shorts and a black cap.

Her accomplice is a Hispanic woman, 35-40 years old, with black hair. Police say she’s about 5 ‘5 “tall, weighs between 130 and 150 pounds and wore a black blouse with floral print, black pants and a black hat.

The LAPD requests the help of the public to identify the suspects and persons with more information about the case can communicate through the telephone line (213) 972-2939.

Brad grew up in a small town in northern Iowa. He studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married his wife one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
